Welcome to French Mango at Home!
Although I am an Embroidery artist, I am also a French Expat in the USA, raising two Franco British boys. I love homemade food, I am addicted to a world of colors, home interiors that exhult personality and I am forever on a quest for a simpler, kinder way of living.
Writing, and writing online, is the way I have found to connect with like minded souls as well as being a way to clear my head and make sense of life. At times, I write in a deep meaningful way and at times not. It is just part of who I am and this is why I have opened this dedicated space here.

Can you dare to dream at 45?
In just under 2 weeks, I will be 45. That seems huge.... You know, when I was 25 I really thought that, by now, I would have it all figured out. Well, first of all I would have a career. I most certainly would have not jumped off the wheel to have children and raise...

‘Tis the season to be homesick…
Falalala lala lala... Yup this is it... Every year at exactly this same time, passed the Halloween extravaganza, I find myself mopping around and wishing I was back in the UK. I dream of biting into a mince pie, M&S or waitrose’s best. I imagine walking into shops...
